Horses, Myths, and Constellations
We begin with stillness.
Drinking formal tea, while in pasture with the horses.
Then we explore the themes of a myth, and the relevance in our own lives.
From this conversation, we develop a communal constellation. One that serves each of us, honoring the narrative of your own heart. And the collective, what is relevant for the group and the world outside of the field.
We close with a reflection period, and time to journal and process your experience in the herd.
The horses are present with us the entire time, free to move in and around us.

FAQs
I don't have experience with horses. Or constellations. Can I come?
Yes, yes! No experience with either horses or constellation work is necessary! This is a lovely way to experience this work for the first time -- or the 10th time, even the 100th time. You will be guided the whole way through.
Will we be riding the horses?
We will be on the ground the entire time.
The horses will be in the pasture with us, at liberty without a halter or a bridle. This means they will be free to move among and around us.
And when they do, it is magic! They have been known to tune into you and your specific needs, and then show us how they work: Demonstrating nervous system resetting through yawning and chewing, standing with their heads just centimeters from your heart in deep repose, and even gently nudging you to take the next best step.
I don't drink caffeine, can I still partake in the tea ceremony?
Absolutely.
You are welcome to just have 1 bowl, or a sip. If you have a caffeine allergy, let us know in advance and we'll provide an alternative. Please send us an email: hello@katymayspencer.com
Can I book with my friend/s?
Yes, of course! Please book your tickets together to ensure you are reserving space in the same workshop. Workshops are limited to 5 participants, so plan accordingly.

How long is this workshop?
It is 3 hours long. You're welcome to arrive 10 minutes early, and stay a few minutes after we close.
I recommend leaving yourself some space and not booking an activity immediately afterwards.
What is constellation work?
Great question! Constellations are a method that widen your perspective and reveal hidden information and influences. It's like opening a door to your unconscious, shining a light on the things that are hiding, and finding the right and perfect place for them to live.
Constellations can be used in all kinds of systems! Like family systems, company systems, even ecosystems (nature constellations!) The most well-known form of Constellation work is family systems, but Systemic Constellations are also super valuable for teams, companies, creative projects, and so on.
